Great video. Reminds me why i fell in love with the country in the first place.

Another vote for taming lodge. I've stayed there 2 years in a row and no complaints at all. It's actually a really nice hotel with open air corridors. Location wise it's excellent too.

A bit but by no means fluent. Think you can maybe get by on the rachada ones.

Arriving 25th for a week. Not sure if anyone else is up for this but I fancy checking out Saphan Kwai or some of the Suthisan/Ratchada gogos. Don't really fancy going alone as these places are mostly Thai only so if any other BMs are around then and fancy a change of scenery let me know.

not sure who you asked mate but I asked Lamokk and he sorted it within a few hours.
Should be working now for all.
Cheers LM

Are you really asking this question mate? 555
Meal for 2 in a restaurant can be anything from 500 bhat to 3000 bhat or even more.

Is this as good as Bkk burger?

I picked my hotel based on the same criteria as you and ended up going for Grand President on soi 11. Maybe check out that one or one of the other hotels on soi 11.

Lohas Suites on Soi 2 Sukhumvit (formerly Amari Residence) could fit the bill.
http://www.agoda.com/asia/thailand/bangkok/lohas_suites_sukhumvit_by_superhotel.html
Their rooms go from 2 people to 4/6 people with 2/3 bedroom suites.

Here are a few others work checking out...
Buddhamonthon Park - Nakhon Pathom
Wat Muang (and Hell Garden) - Ang Thong

The quetion is do they let you sit in with your bar girl and watch her get her results, which would then be a green light for some bareback fun!I have been to Bumrumgrad before and taken a girl with me. We both went back the next day and had our results given to us at the same time. This is an enormous releif to see her get her results. Also the testing at Bumrumgrad is for PCR, so it cuts downt the window period substantially from about 3 months to about 5 days and that in turn adds to the piece of mind.[/quote
I take it you are not checking for herpes ?

My brother live's at Samut Prakan, anything interesting around there?
Have you tried asking him?
There is ancient Siam, the 3 headed elephant statue, a croc zoo and plenty of other temples.
-
These are all places that can be done in a day trip from Bangkok.
And thong - wat muang. Probably the biggest Buddha statue in Thailand and there is a hell garden too.
Suphan buri - wat pai rong wua. A park full of Buddha statues and also a hell garden.
Nakhorn pathom - buddhamonthon park

Here are a couple more contacts for taxi services. You may want to ask for quotes. Mr Roong for a quote his e-mail is another is Ms Na .
Thanks

Anyone tried Travelhub tours? http://www.travelbangkoktours.com/
They have some positive reviews on Tripadvisor but if anyone here used them, it would be good to hear your impressions. Thanks.
Not trying to be funny mate but those prices look like total rip offs. If your savvy enough to come here for mongering info then do yourself a favour and get info on the best way to see these things. I find it more rewarding too when I organise things myself rather than going via a tour guide.

Best thing to do is probably negotiate with a taxi driver.

Sore throat? Has someone been sucking on something 5555

Come on. It's bad, but you can't really blame them for not being as sensitive to this as you are. It's not as if you know all about all the genocides over the last century and sympathise equally with all the victims.
True but if you look at how WW2 is remembered in Kanchanaburi then it's obvious that the people generally have some level of awareness.
Id love to see how the Thais would react if someone were to make a line of t shirts mocking the Burmese invasion or better yet the k*ng.

Try some not so normal places, sights off the beaten track. Nakhorn Pathom, Suphanburi or any Thong.
All have humongous Buddha statues and Suphanburi also has a hell garden which itself is a reason to go.

I would PM him directly mate.

Sorry but this is pretty funny haha
I actually have booked a few weeks at white Patong for January. I stayed on soi Sansabai lay time and had a meal at white on a few occasions. I found the food to be excellent and like you all say location is the best.
