buddy616 Posted January 23, 2019 Share Posted January 23, 2019 I arrive in Thailand on March 18, so the election might have just taken place or just about too I don't drink, so Thailand being "dry" on election day, has no impact on me One trip I remember, I arrived on election day (year Yingluck was elected) headed over to Tulips and it was business as usual, You wouldn't have know there was an election on... Secure a LT barfine the day before to stay with you the next day. Buy whatever booze that might be indispensable over 24 hours’ time, the prior day and stock up in your fridge. Crisis averted.
