Something different today, the Beerhouse Special at the Old German Beerhouse on 13. Poached egg, cheese, cold cuts, fresh breads with butter and jam, orange juice, with a pot of either coffee or tea. 310 baht

English Breakfast at Margarita Storm for 239++, available 24 hrs, here 5 AM. Could have sat outside on the balcony, some interesting characters around at that hour.

Thanks for your posts, spent last week in Bangkok so I tried Red Lion Pub, 129 baht breakfast which I cannot fault for quantity included tea or coffee and orange juice. Also tried Blarney Stone @ 140 baht noticeable better quality ingredients although less quantity compared to Red Lion, asking for scrambled egg seemed to cause some consternation but maybe because I was the only "breakfast" customer they complied, biggest let down was the coffee after adding milk was "stone cold" and it's either tea or coffee or OJ .

Lastly Busstop on Soi 4, I had Steak and eggs @ 185 baht again asked for scrambled with little problem although there was some discussion with cook, again it was either tea, coffee or OJ, the coffee was ok. Now lets be real, steak I normally expect to pay around 1k baht but for the money this steak was really ok.

I was surprised although it's been a few years since I would either start or end my LOS trips in Bangkok, Busstop always was extremely busy, every time I either used it or walked by this visit it does look to be struggling.
