Agreed the over the counter medications you can get in LOS is not like the west/Oz. Self medication or the pharmacist just giving you something is very very common. Good prices legit stuff. quick tip don't buy drugs from the hospital they are usually more expensive than the pharmacies. Ask them to write down what you need and buy them later.
