This May Sound Silly, but I am Looking for A very Quiet Hotel

Recommended Posts

Hey Gentlemen,

I'm 61. The time is getting close to shit or get off the pot on going to Thailand. Retirement in America is going to be not all that I'd expected. So a cheaper place would be great.

No, my problem. I need a hotel that is QUIET at night. I sleep bad and have hellish insomnia under the best conditions, but in the blender of Bangkok if I stay in the wrong place, I'm in trouble. I wish I was one of those people who can sleep anywhere, but that's never going to happen.

I'd like to be on the BTS, out of the action, but near to the action. Asoke maybe? I just want to be able to sleep at night. I'm more of a daytime monger. Something around 1300 B a night.

Any thoughts.

Thank you

Steve
