Hotels lower Sukhumvit (7ish) with balconies

As the title says, looking for something lower Sukhumvit, reasonably priced with a balcony. Anyone recommend?

Solitaire Soi 11 have suites with balconies (some with jacuzzi) .. also Sheraton Four Points on Soi 15 have terrace rooms (not a balcony as such but outside space).

Little further away is Grande Centre Point Ploenchit with balcony rooms/suites. Depending on your budget Sofitel Sukhumvit on the corner of Soi 15 also has balcony suites but your into big money 💰

The executive suites at Citrus Suites Suk Soi 6 have a balcony, quite small though

2 options that I use. I like to have the occasional cigar so a hotel with a balcony is a must for me. 

Dynasty Grande is just off Soi 4 so location is perfect. The pool view rooms have sizeable balconies.

Other option is Alt Hotel Nana. Its a little further away from Nana Plaza but they run a free TukTuk. I wrote a review here.
