You can’t trust a weather app pretty much anywhere in SE Asia. It’s completely pointless checking.

Yeah, it’s been raining. It effects it for the period it rains as you can’t really move between bars, or perhaps if the road floods a bit. It doesn’t normally rain for too long though.

300Thb a night? Won’t have much fun on that mate 😉

No need to worry about “the walk of shame”. Hotel staff see it hundreds of times a day. They don’t give a flying fuck.

Oh she is bisexual but prefer male masseur than female because male masseur always gives her better attention. Any male escorts website do you know of will be a great help too for outcall to our hotel room perhaps. Sorry little bit off topic
Thanks
Sorry mate, I don’t.
Google is your friend here. I, sure there will be something. Happy hunting 👍

Ok I understand that but what about male masseur in some of massages where male and female masseur are there to serve customers. My plan is to leave my wife with a male masseur and i go and try some BJ bars specially wood bar and also go to FS massage shops.
Try it. Have never heard of it happening, but that isn’t to say it doesn’t I guess. She will be able to get a happy ending from some ladies though if she is up for that.

Well my wife is onboard with me. We will see if there is some good looking Thai boys in GCs who serve ladies than i have a chance of BJ for my self. 🥲
Don’t know of anywhere that does that. The only places with guys in serve the gay community as far as I know.

Arrived on the morning of the 13th.
Still finding my bearings and looking for some guidance as this is my first time in thailand although I am not new to mongering.
Sukhumvit is where you should roam. Soi 4, 7, 8, 11 for bars. Soi 22, 24, 33 for plenty of massage options.

It is a good thing that it's not against the law anymore to walk without mask, but in Bangkok still 98% of the Thai people still wearing masks. Only when they eat and drink they take them off.
Yup. Most are still wearing them. That said, plenty wore them before covid so it’s not that surprising. Maybe not so much around lower Sukhumvit, but certainly in the rest of Bangkok.

Yeah, good point. Possibly.
However, next door at Stumble Inn most of them are as rough as sandpaper.
I was in Stumble Inn and Morning Night yesterday just for a few drinks after work. Both were rammed. I noticed an improvement in the quality of lady in MN for sure. There were a few decent ones in SI, but they quickly get taken.

They don’t really have girls working there too much. Maybe that’s why?

It is definitely happening more at the moment. Not all, but it is on the increase for sure.

Game bar (under Nana BTS) can be fun to sit watching the craziness go by for a an hour or so.

Yup, everything’s seems ok now 👍

Ok mate, thanks for the reply 👍

Is anybody else having problems since the forum moved recently? The “new news” feed doesn’t work and when I try to open a new page I get an error message.

In truth, why would it? You wouldn’t expect it in any other country. They are maids, not hookers.
This line of thinking reminds me of a mate who lived in Pattaya for a while. He told me it warped his way of thinking; every shop he went in he wondered if he could take staff for ST 😆. And of course, that is ridiculous.

Good points. Probably going to find a smaller one bedroom. Looks like it is a 6 month minimum rental with first month/two months rent in deposit. Most appear to be one year leases. Still not bad, but the two buildings i'm looking at have luxury amenities right near the BTS.
It will be a big downgrade from what i'm used to space-wise, but the ladies and the possibilities i'm sure will more than make up for living in a tiny apartment.
It’s just how it is here (space wise). Bigger normally means older. If you want big and new it costs. I was the same when I moved here, but you will be surprised how quickly you get used too smaller digs. Factor yourself in a nice pool too as most have them.
The online searching can be difficult as it gets out of date quickly. Your best bet is to get an agent and just give them your requirements. You don’t pay them as they simply get commission from the rentals agreement.

If you want a 2 bedroom in a nice condo in a nice area (Phrom Pong for example) you will be looking at at least 35000thb p/m. At least. For my tupenceworth, you are better living slightly further away (Phra kanaong for example) and just making sure you are walking distance to a BTS. A couple of stops takes around 8 minutes, but could save you cash.
Also, really question if you need the second bedroom. Many get one, but rarely use it. You are better off with a bigger one bedroom so the actual living space is larger.

that's not true, and very easy to test yourself empirically.
but i don't expect you to change your opinion on it and it's up2you of course.
Ok then 🤷♂️

why?
@OP: google maps is a great aggregator and you normally get lower prices that way than going directly to Agoda.
Because once the website realises your IP address, it raises prices for stuff you have recently looked at. Using a VPN stops this. I use stuff like booking.com and Skyscanner regularly and have seen this happen many times.
-
Best to use a VPN when browsing, and then turn it off/change location when booking.

the Soi 4 bars are open from 10-11a and there is a short time hotel in nana plaza.
I think the short time rooms are still closed in the plaza. All the girls knows hotels for use though.

BJ Bars on Soi Cowboy
in What's going on & who is coming to town?

Sure there are. Not BJ bars per se, more small gogos when you can get a BJ at the back of the room. I have fucked in one of them whilst another girl held a blanket in front of us. I was horrendously drunk mind.
