  1. When ever I travel I always bring my owned meds from OZ, I find the med here work differently or weaker to the one from home including the genuine cialis, Viagra, valium etc and it almost the cost as back home. As the op say do not buy med on the street you are definitely wasting your money and you don't know what's in it. I stay at Soi 11 last time the pharmacy next to the near ambassador hotel sell genuine med.

It's been a while, but I'll check out their meds. I'd be surprised unless they are well "connected" for lack of a better word. I know the pharmacy next to the gas station on Soi Nana used to sell everything, but the last couple of times they had stopped selling a few pills such as Valium.

Still on the topic of meds (although not just pecker meds), for those of you who get around a bit: Valium, Xanax, Ativan as well as all the generic pecker meds are still 100% legal OTC in Cambodia. Valium is also available in Laos, although I just returned from there and it seems likely to change.

  2. never had a problem with the pharmacy at Foodland,Bought 50 kamagra jells for 2000bht at pharmacy just past Hillary Four heading down the soi

    Hi,

Am not familiar with that particular pharmacy. Which one would you recommend for Kamagra jelly, I never buy any shit from the street, but I'd still like to bring a box back home.

  3. Of course not....

Even you asked for the test and they did it, apparently it does not always show up in the results. I'm not saying that as an excuse, even if all the tests were negative I'd still worry about it.

For anyone who thinks he might have picked up an STD and wants an easy way to confirm then I would recommend the Soi 11 Clinic

I went there last week to get checked up. You get an initial consultation then a blood test for 5 types of disease including HIV plus a urine test for infections like Gonorrhea

    Total cost BHT 3350.

The result of the urine tests you get immediately, the results for the blood test you get the next day after 6pm. If you can not get back to the clinic you can call for them or they will email them to you.

It looks a bit dingy from the outside but inside it all looked clean and professionally run. the nurse who took my blood was cute, wore gloves cleaned the injection site with disinfectant and took a new needle out of the package in front of me.

If you want confidentiality they do not ask for ID but do ask for your name and what hotel you are staying at, but they have no way of knowing you make it up.

If you really think you might have HIV then I would recommend going to Bumrumgrad or the red cross clinic as these places will give appropriate councilling.

Thanks, I'd heard about this clinic a few times and never knew if it was any good.

  4. Bumrungrad clininc is still one of the best/safest, but their prices are almost western-like (depending on where you're from). My advice would be to look at a official lists of dentists recommended by governments and embassies, so while you may end up paying a bit more, the risk factor should go down as well. For example, Canada's list is here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/thailand-thailande/consular_services_consulaires/dental-dentaires.aspx?lang=eng
