I've seen the Kamagra gels sell for between 50-80 baht per single pack from the street vendors along Suk. There's plenty of them. You can spot them on table after table. The box I think went for 1200-1500 baht. My friend used them and said they worked fine for him. He planned to bring them back to Australia with him. Don't know if they let him into the country with it. I've been told that US customs will confiscate them if they find them.

Well it seems that the election has ended without any additional violence. Anybody on the ground in BKK have any firsthand feedback on the pulse of the people? Are there still demonstrations and attempts to prevent day to day business flow? I read that the PDRC is being blamed for the shooting in Laksi, and there will be wrangling over the results of the election including a lawsuit agains the Prime Minister. Have the large group events been halted with the emergency measures put in place? Thanks for you feedback.

Ask to use the meter. My last trip from soi 11 Sukhumvit in November to the airport was 350 baht with the tolls and tip at 3 AM. Had to wait for a couple of taxis because the first one or two didn't want to use the meter. If I'm carrying suitcases and carry-ons I'd rather not be dragging them through the trains and up and down elevators, escalators and stairs. I'm just too old for that and paying about $10-$12 for a door to door taxi seems fair to me.
