ivalun Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 Hello, I´m visiting Bangkok this coming August and was checking many options on Agoda and I found both White House and Heaven @ 4 in Soi Nana are quite reasonable for price and good reviews but White House looks as a better option for me as I want to be near Soi Cowboy, however I cannot really find that much info about the place regarding guest policy, does somebody know if this hotel allows guests and has no fees for that???
