This is a Taiwanese chain that is recognized as one of the countries top 10 national foods. I was the 3rd person in line right at opening time, after I got my ticket the line exploded into a 2 hour wait!. It was like they had an amazing social media campaign, but once everyone had bought it, instagrammed it and posted selfie, they were done.
