When I do need to take it (which is usually when I'm drink) I take maybe a half of even a quarter of 1. A whole one should last you at least 3-4 hours. I usually take a Cialis when i'm in bangkok that lasts me 24/36 hours and i can go on for a very long time as long as i'm turned on.
