The victory Monument area looks interesting, and I'm considering finding a place to live around there. Anyone have any good or bad things to say about the general area? rowy Posted April 2, 2014 Share Posted April 2, 2014 I suggest you check it out for yourself. Everyone is different and has their own likes and dislikes. Only you can decide what you like or dislike.
