A friend of mine is looking for a roommate to share a nice 3 bed apartment on Sukhumvit soi, 8.

 

 

18k per month, all bills inclusive

 

You'll be sharing with 2 British guys in their mid-30s, both work in Bangkok and are very fun, outgoing and sociable characters - would suite someone of a similar nature.

 

Located on Sukhumvit soi 8, the location is great for anyone wishing to live in the centre of Bangkok. We are situated just a few hundred yards down the soi, within 1 minute walk of Nana BTS station, and 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Terminal 21.

 

For those who don't know soi 8, it's a very chilled and friendly soi, comprising of several nice hotels, great international restaurants, and a number of terrace and lounge bars. The street has a very cool, cosmopolitan vibe, with lots of street food and fresh fruit available day and night, and all the bars wind down around midnight. The house is 8 floors up so we have no disturbance late at night. We are also opposite Sukhumvit soi 11 for when you are in the party mood, and just a 5 minute walk to the late night chaos of Soi 4 (nana).

 

Room (about 230 ft²) includes

The price is 18,000 baht per month, plus one month deposit. However this is all inclusive and includes:

- Maid service 2 x per week - including laundry

- Water

- Electric

 

There are 6 months left on the contract with the option to extend, though they could consider a shorter term rental of no less than 3 months.

 

They are looking for someone as soon as possible, as the last tenant has to leave at very short notice.
