raulendy
Am planning to be back in Bangkok in a few weeks time (hurrah!) and just noticed that one of the days I’ll be there, Wednesday May 22nd, is a Buddhist public holiday called Vesak. Does anyone perhaps know how this impacts bars/NEP/etc? Unsure if I should expect it to be quiet like a Sunday or if things completely shut down and I should plan a touristy day. bgtp
Bars will probably be closed. I arrive in Bangkok on May 21. So, I’ll have to remember this. At least the massage shops should be open.
