Hotels that tolerate 420/hotels with a balcony

I am not a pot head by any stretch but enjoy a joint every couple of days. In fact over the years weed became my substance of choice overtaking alcohol. 
 

I almost shortlisted citrus suites in Sukhumvit but in the last moment realized that it’s a non smoking hotel and also none of the rooms have balconies. Same thing with Novotel or Ibis styles..

 

So…any recommendations for similar hotels with a balcony or smoking rooms?

Stable in soi 8 has balconies for smokers but rooms are not. Also big garden/pool area.

Dynasty Grande has balconies and have/had smoking rooms

Alt Hotel Nana has decent sized balconies for smoking.

Thank you. Stable seems a good place a but a bit run down for my preference. DH seems a good alternative

When I first pulled up this hotel in Agoda and looked at the price, my first reaction was that this place definitely would not have a roof… it’s that cheap. But the reviews and pictures look pretty good.

 

really surprised that hotels are so cheap
