Finally i found two for 7.000 thb 1.soi 22 right in the corner - Srijinda 2.soi 4 but little far from Sukhumvit ( there is 3 style mansions)

yes Trendy is very very nice but they didnt give price lower 15K .. in the same soi 13 there is one Sukhumvit Sweet condo. whey have many rooms price from 13K. also have laundry,minimart
