I flew with Air Asia more than 5 years ago and I have no complaints. I booked the flights directly with Air Asia and immediately specified the luggage I needed. I checked in online and only had my luggage labeled at the airport. The 90 minute flight was smooth, but the seat pitch was very narrow. I received my luggage at its destination quickly and without any damage. One small criticism is that the cabin temperature was very cold.
