I've been at Alt Hotel Nana in 2019 and loved it. it is true that "Its not strictly a mongers hotel. As its good value for money and centrally located you do get some civilians, families and back packers staying there" as shuggy reported in his review but at the reception they made it clear they had no problems with guests, plus..if you get a room in the separated building you donàt even need to pass the reception/checks when you go back to your room.
