Ok never mind. I wrote in to the hotel and they answered me.
Gym and pool facilities are still not up and running and they'll only have a breakfast buffet spread when there's enough people. Currently at their softlaunch phase.
No joiner fee as well.
I have got a booking done which is only to be paid at the hotel so will consider once closer to the date whether to check out the rooms or just go with my backup which is BelAire hotel.
Edit: so after a bit of digging I believe that this is basically the refurbished Grand Swiss Sukhumvit 11 hotel which has been taken over by Oakwood.
Now to chance it and see how it is or to go with a full facility hotel
