Google translator works just fine, with a caveat. When you translate something into Thai, translate it back to English to see what it looks like. I use it all the time emailing friends in BKK, and I find I often have to re-word my sentences to get them to make sense in Thai.

I was there in April and bought the Thai version of Viagra for 400THB for 4 pills. The Pfizer version was 1700THB I think. Thai knockoff works perfectly. I bought mine in a pharmacy on Suk just west of Soi 22.
