The restaurant is expensive, food is very small in portion and to be honest nothing you cant get for a fraction of the price on many other restaurants around Bangkok. But if you have cash to splash its probably still worth it for the experience. If your not eating its still worth just going to the sky bar itself, even then a small bottle of beer will set you back 500 baht.

Ibis is ok, clean and very handy for the bars. Its certainly among the better of the hotels on soi 4 for thats for sure. Majority are run down shit holes

I stayed here too on my very first trip to bangkok (oh the memories). Very nice hotel, and pretty cheap too. Walk up Nana isnt too bad and this first bar is only 2-3 mins away.

The guy who wrote that negative review on whatever website it was sounds like a complete and utter C*** to be honest

Seems very expensive to me. Im just starting a course with UTL on Sukhumvit and im only paying 6000 for 60 hours worth of lessons.
