Holiday Inn, Sukhumvit soi 22, rooftop has a view across parts of the city, and dependent upon your room you can look across parts including BTS.

Change money. BF.

If it’s the one on soi 31 (maybe 33) is a decent choice and was perfectly guest friendly on my previous visits including my last visit, though that was 2019. Get a room at the back of the hotel as it is quieter ( at least it was in 2019!).

I stayed at the hotel (yes, a few years ago now) and it had nice facilities (rooftop bar and pool) and is in a satisfactory location. Not too far to walk from Nana and Cowboy with side entrance/exit for residents. I had a (3 for 2 night iirc) promo and it was decent value. Probably too much to pay for the normal rate but would stay again if there were promos or if any of my other hotels were full/ price increases.

Yes, the rooms are small, OK for a night or two but does feel cramped.

I stayed a couple of nights 18 months or so ago. Nice new hotel then. Great price. Wouldn’t stay longer than a couple of nights as away from the parts of town I frequent.

Rabbit for sure.
No queuing.
Used it a dozen times on one trip and only once last trip.
Money remains on the card until next time.

I have been to Brewski, IMHO the views are different to Sky Bar and a totally different vibe. Sukhumvit and Silom are vastly different skylines...and neither is cheap!

Great. Sounds like a decent hotel. Less than a week to go for me...Mate, if you sit at the Hooters down below, you are basically opposite the back entrance to Thermae.
The taxis with the PLT's all pull up outside.....
It's a wonderful hotel, modern, clean and top notch service. never a problem with girls and as someone has already mentioned, the back entrance is a bonus for access to T21 / Cowboy etc.
(my first ever barfine from Tilac actually showed me the way) lol

Hey, any recent reports? I am there next week for a few nights.

Thanks.
I was wondering about the noise during the day and your review has certainly put me off.

Having issues whilst walking with a large suitcase, such as high street kerbs, never mind having to use a wheelchair. Definitely not disabled friendly around a lot of town. But like everything in life there is always a way around it if you look hard enough, or know who to ask.

Airport to hotel I use ARL and BTS. Hotel to airport I use taxi. For 2 people I would be tempted to get taxi both ways.

BTS and ARL is good if travelling light though I still prefer a taxi to prevent the ‘sweat’ I get on.

I was in Thailand for Songkran 2023. It was a mixture of fun and annoyance. Thanks for the photos that bring back my conflicting emotions 🤣🤣🤣
