  1. Any legit massage shops where the girls are friendly to offer a HJ, in 2017? Rather old thread, don't see much in the way of extras offered other than some posts from 2 years ago. Even if it's not an extras place, I do enjoy a pro massage, as long as it's not too firm. Got one of those deep tissue massages one time and I felt like I went 10rds with Mike Tyson afterwards. I'm staying near Soi Cowboy but very close to BTS / MRT.
  2. Is BKK Duty Free lower than a regular priced bottle of whiskey in a Bangkok liquor store or is there almost no difference?
  3. They were $25-$30 CDN a pair on Amazon.ca and the underwear that I get are 6 for $20 at a local WalMart, which seem to be pretty good for not chafing my thighs. Just out of principal that's a lot of money. It also sounds like it's a very thin material, I tried something like that and I went back to the Hanes or F of the Loom Cotton boxer briefs.
  4. There's Duty Free shops in my outgoing Airport... just wondering if they'll let me check it in my bag (will have to ask before I buy). Of course, I won't be bringing more than the 1 L that Thailand allows. King Power doesn't seem cheap at all.
  5. That Duty Free is a ripoff for the bottle I was looking for. Seems same price/more money than it's at home... guess I'll see what Taipei prices are like and if there are no deals, I'll be buying a cheaper bottle of something else when I get in country. Checking that King Power link, JWB is definitely a savings over my purchase here but not as much as I thought.
  6. Damn, ^ those are expensive. Gonna pass on those.
  7. Anyone in BKK airport Duty Free and/or Bangkok city and can get a price on a bottle of Glennfiddich 15yr? I could buy a different brand but I like how smooth the GF 15yr is... I also have a stop in Taipei, also an option for Duty Free. Booze is insanely expensive where I'm from (Canada) as this whiskey in a 750ML is $80 CDN here. I'm sure it would be half price in my money whether I buy it in the airport or while in Bangkok. I like something to sip on while I'm at the hotel, also having something good to offer to guests comes in handy. Will also try to get some 'lady drinks' for the hotel as well. Anyone have ballpark figures? Thanks. If no info comes out of this I'll try to do a review of the Duty Free if I have time, unless there are delays and such. I have a 4hr window in Taipei.
  8. Your whole body sweats, I seriously doubt sweat from one part of the body travels all the way down there as it's most likely groin/butt sweat that is the issue. If you sweat that heavily, talc is probably the best bet. There is also moisture wicking clothes that can help: I find snug boxer/briefs help immensely.
  9. I thought you were guys were talking about Sacha's Uno... I didn't book at S Sukhumvit Suites.
  10. Oh, didn't realize that... not a big deal. I'll deal with it.
  11. That's what I'm going to do, but there being 11 hours difference still makes a normal sleeping pattern totally flip flopped. I'm hoping I can sleep like a baby on the Red Eye I'm going to take.
  12. You have to make sure your mobile phone receives the proper frequencies for 4G/LTE service in Thailand. You may buy a SIM and a plan, then realize your handset doesn't receive the 4G/LTE signal anyway. Phones fluctuate like crazy... Best to check a site like this first: https://www.frequencycheck.com/countries/thailand https://willmyphonework.net/ I find that these sites aren't updated regularly though... a brand new phone takes months to be put into the database, also be aware that a certain model may have several submodels for where it's being marketed (North America, Asia, South America, etc) and receive different signals. I gather that travelers on holiday just buy the Data plan and use a texting app while in country. That's what I plan on doing, seems to be the cheapest route.
  13. Don't have to be hugely overweight for this to happen. I've had this before, I have large muscular legs and when I sweat, it's happened to me at work. I used talcum powder and it's worked somewhat, I find tight boxer briefs (soft material) reduce it immensely, making the soft material rub together and not my skin. Losing body fat does help a lot (even some muscle mass) as your body sweats less afterwards. I'm worried about excessive sweating because I know it's very hot and crazy humid in Thailand. The heat isn't that terrible, but the high humidity makes you unable to stop sweating. I doubt I'll get used to the climate in the 8 days I'm coming to visit, so I'm just working on getting in shape and lowering my body fat. Right now it's 31c and 85% humidity in Bangkok... that's a recipe to sweat your ballz off. Not much way around it. I'm going to limit most of my activity to night time.
  14. The price quoted (where I booked on Agoda) directly on the Hotel's website was much higher than Agoda for the same size room. I booked on Agoda. I looked at a couple other hotel's websites and Agoda was still cheaper than booking directly. Maybe this is not always the case.
  15. That's where I booked my 8 nights. I contacted the hotel directly to ask if it was guest friendly and they confirmed. Then they gave me some expensive "special deal" if I called them directly to book. I booked on Agoda for about 35% less, all inclusive.
  16. Unsure if you've booked through them before (and have loyalty points or something) but when I check Promotions, there's nothing there.
  17. Can anyone confirm this? I just downloaded the Agoda app but I'm not far ahead enough to book... The S Sukhumvit Suites seem to be a better price on the app. I know this hotel is very close to Soi Cowboy. Anyone know if Sacha's Hotel Uno is Guest Friendly? One of the higher rated hotels at a decent price.
  18. I've just found out that Agoda seems to be a little cheaper than the other Hotel Booking sites I've been looking at... So if a hotel on Agoda states, Not included in room price: Tax 7%, Service charge 10% and the other sites are "All inclusive, tax and service fees included", are there any other fees on Agoda other than those taxes listed up there, not included? Looking at another site which searches a ton of Booking sites, Agoda is still a little cheaper with the 17% added, at around 661B for the trip. Just wondering... don't want to book on Agoda and find out there is another site fee that makes it the same price or more money. I have another site that I've used quite a few times without problems. However, if Agoda is indeed cheaper, they'll see my money right quick! More money saved = more money for partying in Bangkok. So what have your experiences been? Price per/night + the 17% and no other fees? Thanks.
