  1. It's so guest friendly you wont't even have to look at the receptionist. The reception is on the 2nd floor, so you just bring your girl into the elevator on the 1st floor and go straight to your room.

Also, I'd like to mention that if you throw in a few more baht, you will get a bathtub.

The negative is that you only get 2 wifi slots. Probably not a problem for most, but some may have more devices (or multiple girls?).

"A Swedish man died after suffering complications during a penis enhancement surgery, according to a recently published case report.
The 30-year-old relatively healthy patient wanted a penile elongation and girth enhancement surgery, which includes transferring fat from one area of the body and replacing it in the penis. Surgeons finished the elongation part of the procedure and were in the process of injecting the patient with transferred fat, when the man started experiencing complications, according to a report in the Journal of Forensic Sciences.
The man's heart began to race, and his blood pressure dropped abnormally low, according to the report. The patient, who did not have a prior heart condition, went into cardiac arrest and died a little over an hour later, according to the report.
An autopsy later concluded that the patient died from a pulmonary fat embolism, when fat traveled the bloodstream to his lungs and ruptured blood vessels.
Doctors believe this is the first case where a "seemingly simple and safe procedure of penis enlargement by autologous fat transfer caused sudden death in a healthy young man," according to the report."

Not quite the same procedure as the one offered by HE Clinic, though, right? HE Clinic seems to offer a far less "intrusive" approach. But of course, putting anything into your body with a needle could lead to complications.

  3. Then it may have changed a bit,it's a few years since I have seen the middle of the night,I prefer a couple of STs a day and waiting for the lift in full view of a full restaurant and a bunch of lads on the piss half in and half outside made a couple of my afternoon guests a bit uncomfortable, just saying.

I never really noticed the restaurant when going to my room as it's separated from the elevator area with a doorway. But maybe I didn't pay close enough attention, I don't know.

  4. It was a few years ago, remember s-suits has a serious walk of shame the reception restaurant and bar/ terrace share the same space, if that's not a problem for you it gets 10 out of 10 for location.

S Sukhumvit Suites has the reception on the 2nd floor, so you can just skip it.

The restaurant on the 1st floor isn't that "intrusive", and if you return with a Special Lady in the middle of the night the place is closed anyway, isn't it?

  5. Seem you are wrong. I'm a client there and very happy with the result.

I'm way below average and they help me gain confidant.

Now i don't have to hide in the locker room or at the urinal, no more. For the first time.

Do not care if i have to go back every year.

They use HA filler and it sit nicely below penis skin (not in the outer skin).

The filler is safe. I had injected 3 times (Can't get enough), never have any side effect.

Warning: Do not inject too much in one go.

Won't the doctor make sure you don't inject too much, though? Seems weird if the doctor leaves it entirely up to the patient to decide.

Now, I don't know if I trust a brand new account praising some service, but assuming that you are an actual customer, could you share your experience with the procedure? I mean, what was the effect, any pain/discomfort/side effects, etc. Anything you can share from a customer's perspective?

Edit: By the way, is it true that the injections only helps flaccid size? That erect size is not affected? Kind of pointless if that is the case.

  6. I'm surprised no one has mentioned TripAdvisor. It gets the price from Agoda, Expedia, and a few other sites. However, you often get better rates by logging in, so TripAdvisor should really only be used as an indicator to see what the various sites are offering. Always make sure to log in or use the mobile apps from Agoda and others.

Personally I find that Agoda is often the cheapest. After Agoda, Expedia seems to be the cheapest fairly frequently.

  7. So I'm in a situation where I might be able to go one week every month to Thailand as a tourist for a period of time. I know I can show up in Thailand and get 30 days without having to apply for a visa. But can I do this as many times as I'd like?

    To clarify:

I'm not talking about simply flying out of Thailand and back to renew. I'm talking about flying in for a week or so, then going back home for at least a couple of weeks before returning. I guess I would be away from Thailand for anything between 2-4 weeks between each visit.

Will I have an unlimited number of 30-day visa exempt entries to Thailand? Or would I at some point have to apply for a Tourist visa?

Theoretical scenario: I travel to Thailand the first week of every remaining month of the year. I go back home after a week and stay home for the rest of that month until the start of next month, when I go back to Thailand for a week.

  8. Songkran is quickly approaching. Never been there during that before. Are people basically splashing you wherever you go? So if I jump off the MRT to go to my hotel just across the street, I can expect myself and my baggage to be soaked no matter what?

Or is the craziness mostly limited to areas where people typically gather, such as outside bars and such?

  9. I don’t have a lot to write about each of these and I won’t post any photos, so I thought I’d do a quick review in one single thread. I’ve stayed at all three in the last couple of months. All of them are close to the Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS stations, and of course Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy.

Long story short, I’d recommend any of these. The exception is if I want a swimming pool, as Hotel Clover is the only hotel of the three with a swimming pool. I think I like Hotel Clover the most because of the swimming pool, and the food carts and 7-Eleven right next to it. But I was happy with all of them.

All rooms were with a single large bed rather than twin beds.

Wifi worked fine in all three hotels.

Sukhumvit Suites Hotel (S Sukhumvit Suites)

Sukhumvit Suites is just around the corner from Soi Cowboy. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was a rather large and comfortable room with an additional comfortable chair for relaxation. The bathroom was also nice, and had a bathtub rather than just a shower. I usually prefer a good shower, but I’d still go with this hotel again. Among other things, it has a button system for things like "Do Not Disturb", so no need to run around looking for the sign to put on the outside of the door.

What’s interesting is that you need to take the elevator up to the 2nd floor to get to the reception. This means that you can simply skip the reception when returning to your room if you bring company. Some may like it that way.

One issue I had is that you only get free wifi access for one device at a time, at least as far as I could tell. When the session expires you can connect a new device, so you can get free wifi for all your devices by juggling them a bit. Not exactly ideal, but nothing’s perfect :)

    CityPoint Hotel Asoke

The CityPoint is across the street and a bit down the next street from the Asoke/Sukhumvut intersection. Since it’s a bit further from the action I guess it’s more quiet, although I never had a problem with noise in any of these hotels.

I tried both the Standard and Deluxe rooms at the CityPoint. I would probably just go with the Standard room in the future, although the Deluxe room is a bit bigger, and offers more "toilet privacy". The bathroom in the Standard room is separated from the rest of the room with an opaque glass wall.

Generally, the hotel seems fresh and clean, and has comfortable showers. But like most hotels, there water seems to vary between hot and cold every now and then.

A tiny issue with CityPoint is the lack of a FamilyMart or 7-Eleven nearby. But you don’t have to walk far to find places to buy stuff so it’s really no big deal.

    Hotel Clover Asoke

Hotel Clover is across the street from the CityPoint. Most nights it has street food carts right outside, in addition to a 7-11 next door, so you’ll never run out of things to stuff your face with.

I stayed in the Standard Room. It’s not the biggest room in the world, but again, it’s comfortable and fresh. You also control things like "Do Not Disturb" with a button panel. Nice bathroom and comfortable shower.

This hotel is the only one of the three with a pool. The pool is somewhat small, but you can easily swim a few strokes. There are few chairs, although I never had any problems with the pool area being crowded. There’s a bar by the pool as well. The view is pretty nice, with a glass wall being the only thing separating you from falling to your death (don’t worry, it’s pretty solid). Also, part of the pool only has a glass floor so that you can look down on the street below.

One tiny negative is that there’s no regular fridge, just a tiny minibar. However, it does keep your drinks somewhat cold and you can fit a few bottles or boxes in there. No big deal.

  10. Stayed in The Tai Pan recently. Not sure if it is in your budget range. I booked with agoda and got a really good deal. Girl friendly and good room and service

Apologies for the necropost, but I figured it was better to add to an existing topic than to create a new one just for this question:

I keep reading in reviews that the water in the pool at the Tai-Pan is uncomfortably cold. Can anyone confirm?

And in case anyone has stayed there recently, would you recommend it in general?
