    The American Tavern on Soi 4 was a great place to watch it a few years ago. 500 baht got you a seat at the bar, 2 beers, and a breakfast.

    I doubt you could find a soapy for 1500 baht. You can however get an oil massage and likely negotiate a happy ending or even full service for around 500-1000 baht.
