HI, Have stayed at all Citadines property Soi 8, Soi 16 , Soi 11 and Soi 23. They are all quite comfortable and a pleasant stroll from the action. all down a straight road off Sukhumvit which i don't mind. Room facilities are good with fridge, jug, cooker etc. bed and air con good. gym and pool not so great but it is there. sorry i can't answer your question as I usually play away on their property.
