I am looking for a hotel that would be convenient to Nana and Soi Cowboy not to far of Sukhumvit Rd. looking for a 3-4 star with swimming pool, in room safe.

It has been a couple of years since I have been to BKK. Where are some good seafood restaurants with outdoor seating in Sukhumvit. I used to go to one in onnut area across the street from a pharmacy or med center on Sukhumvit rd.
