I like the place on the corner of Suk and Soi 5...you can eat at the bar and watch the world go by.

Hi,I stayed there from the 2nd to the 5th nice rooms great price i think i paid 1200 a night including breakfast.Realy nice staff BUT BE WARNED the rooms smell like sewage it comes from the drain pipes i think some very bad plumbing.I complained but they allrdy new this :/

I'll never stay there again the smell is just that bad.

Looking for something a littler cheaper for my next visit and their promo price seems a bargin.

Could be a litter far down the Soi though.

Taxi is definately a problem.

I'd instuct them to pull into the service station on the other side of Soi 4.

I stay next door at The Dawin. Never stayed at Ibis, but have seen the rooms.

Small, basic, but being relatively new, they are clean.

For a little more, I can recommend Majestic Suites practically on the corner of Soi 4 and Suk.

Like the look of this myself for my April trip. Anyone got any idea which booking site has the best rates?

I usually book direct with them, or check Agoda, but need to factor in the booking fees. Sometimes it looks cheaper, but works out the same in the end.

Yep, my new hotel in Bkk. Everything said above is correct, and also I found the staff very friendly and welcoming, even towards my company for the evening.
