Sukhumvit 15 Hotel- any experience? Should I change?

I reserved hotel Suhkumvit 15 for 7 nights for March last week. I got a conformation email also. 

I send them an email askimg about the gusetfriendly policy and guidelines for bringing girls. Unfortunatley there is no reply form them even after 5 days.

I tried calling them. They gave me another number to call. But that call went to an atamated answering machine and did not got connected after waiting for some time. . Then I called the previous number which was answered by a human and she asked me to call next day morning. 

I called again today and the response is to call another number which i failed on the previous day.

Anyone have experience with this hotel and their services. 

I am on a budget travel. So no plans to book a higher end hotel.

Don't stress too much. I've stayed here twice (but pre-pandemic).

If you made a booking stating "2 adults" for the room, your budget will remain in tact.

They will ask your guests to leave their ID at the front desk, for your security, but otherwise, no problems.
