anybody stayed at this hotel lately and any info.is this a good soi.

dont know the hotel but 22 is good beer bar/ short time hunting ground. Not as crowded as nana or asoke area.

The hotels need to learn most people wouldnt stay in a hotel near Nana or Cowboy if it wasnt for the girls. Of course they dont care what you do, just try to suck a few more baht from you.

Soi 8 Pub serves a large, greasy-spoon brekkie. Plan on skipping lunch, but don't skip Lolitas.

Several massage places on Soi 7/1. Most will offer extras but at least start with decent massage. Best ligit massage is 1/2 way down soi 7/1, right next to eden club. Good, cheap massage with no extras so girls focus on the massage. 300 thb for 1 hour oil. called porntip or parntrip or something...

For Western breakfast try Soi 8 pub on Suk soi 8. English and American breakfast is you want the usual...

I'll be in SE Asia for about 5 weeks and probably be going by Savarnabhumi airport at some stage. Normally I just get a taxi/limo and go straight to Pattaya as previusly the hassle to go to Bangkok does not justify 1 or 2 day trip before heading to Pattaya. But I heard about this train link that takes one to the proximity of Nana area in about 15 min with min effort. Is it or is there any chance it'll be operational by the end of February 2010? Pushing my luck? :rolleyes: I can even work in to get there early march if that made any difference.

For a very basic crash course try the "in-flight" series. Their Russian version was enough for me to survive for 2 weeks in Ukraine and Russia.
