But in Ao Nong, under 30 and under 100 pounds starts to limit options, so as long as she isn't missing teeth or have large cavities obviously showing....

Similar options are in Krabi town, there is even one smaller soapy place, but dont expect great selection.. Krabi is not great place for mongering.

is the Nova Club still open? Are the girly bars like the beer bars in Bangkok? Do they get playful with you in the bar (of course not to the extent of a gogo)?

haha the last time I took a grab from Sukhumvit to the Airport, I missed my flight.

If I have a local thai sim, does that come with data-only, or would it also have a local thai phone number - which can be used to sign up another line/wechat account?

I previously stayed at The Key Sukhumvit for ~ USD 25 a night. It was basically within touching distance of Cowboy. 

Place is clean and you get what you pay for. The bed is a bit hard (relatively poor quality mattress), but really for USD 25, it was fair. Drinking enough at Cowboy also meant it did not interrupt the good sleep
