Yes, former site of Chuvit Garden. Looks like a high rise construction site but not sure how tall it will actually be.

I wasn’t there recently but it seemed fine for a budget hotel. However now there is a busy construction project across Soi 10.

Beware the cheaper rooms don’t have windows. Other than that surprise it seemed fine.

Actually Dengue is more common in urban areas than rural areas. Population density is a risk factor. The transmission train is human->mosquito->human so put a bunch of people together and add some mosquitoes and it spreads.
