Recently saw a massage shop that opened at 8am by appointment, was thinking that would be a good start however for the life of me can not find it any more.

Haven't been to bangkok since before Covid19
However when I did last go I went to a night market that had lots of stalls ribs. In particular dishes of 1m of ribs.
Said night market has now shut.
Does anyone know of another night market near Phrom Phong that sells these where I can sit and have a beer as well

Stayed there for the same reason, Was good for what it was, i liked the shower, can see the girl showering

Does anyone know of any hotels with either 3 single beds, or 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Would like it near Thermaes as the wifes sister works not far and will be travelling with 2 kids

I just spoke to someone there on the phone. She asked me if I had any children and when I told her I had none, she said they cannot do surgery. Can I walk in and change their mind. I really want to get it done here as I know they do a ton of these surgeries. I'm not sure if I can trust a place that promotes so much crap like heclinics.
You wont have any issue, I wasnt asked for any proof,

I was going to suggest this place - and wasnt aware there was a Thai partner requirement. Not sure on that point. However they do want to make sure you have had children etc
She asked me about it, how many kids i had etc, what was strange was when you had to pay at the end, only a donation needed

I don’t have a Thai partner, but I know the location.
1. Is it still there?
2. Did you need to make an appointment in advance?
thanks
I walked in one day spoke to someone and then came back teh next day, was done in like 30min

I did mine there, was a day clinic, I believe only foreigners with thai partners can go though, was next door the cabbages and condoms restaurant,

I prefer the hassle free cleaning, breakfast and shuttle to the BTS of a hotel.
Hotel every day for me

When I was in town decided to stay away as to far from the sky train, if you are staying that far down the soi might as well find a hotel in the middle of the two adult areas. Get the best of both places,
-
Has anyone stayed in Phra Khanong Nuea area? Staying there for work later this year and I know the sky train can take me to soi coboy etc, but was wondering what the area is like from some first hand experiences
-
I could only see it a problem if you were staying in a not so pleasant hotel. Then she might resist the travel.
-
Why don't you stay at one hotel. Transport is cheap enough in Bangkok.....
-
There is a limp but not noticeable as he walks slowly.
I would just walk fast to get in front. I know if you have small kids you get taken to the side.
More of womdering what the queues are like on a Sunday night?

I heard that the suites are not that great. The pictures in trip advisor are not what the hotel is like in real life. But I could be wrong. I'm staying across the street from it in 2 months. I'll take a quick peek while I'm there.
The only pictures on Trip advisor that are worth anything are traveller photos, I find these to be the most accurate, in terms of date and not professionally done.
You get to see not only what you want to see, but also what the hotel is not willing to show in the professional photos.

Hi all, I did a quick read and I can not find the answer here,
Has anyone here used the Bangkok Immigration Fast Track Service at Suvarnabhumi airport, ideally on a Sunday night (10pm) as this is when myself and a friend will be arriving, when travelling on my own i have not used it, however this time the person I am travelling with has a war injury to his foot, so walking fast is not an option, however I know that Immigration times can vary wildly,
So anyones experience on a Sunday night would be appreciated.

It would be easier if there wasn't so much delicious coconut water around to drink!
Thanks for the suggestion on the malls.
And I never had to hold it in the Army. There was always a random ditch around to piss in. Lol
I was Cav, there were times when we had to go and then it was in the back in bag or hanging over the edge,
Good old times
-
Just keep near the major malls and you cant go wrong. Myself I usually go before leaving the hotel and can hold it till I return, many years in the Army did help......

Why not try a tripadvisor, it lists hotels from a few of the search engines you mentioned, another is trivago
Normally my accommodation is booked at least a week before landing, planning for a stay in Bangkok starts months ahead, my April trip is booked and sealed, and now I am deciding on whether to return in November for work or October for the MotoGP
-
Mine is booked for April, however this time of year it is an Anzac Day trip to Hellfire Pass, will be going with a Newbie, so unsure if he is into the gogo scene and taking a girl out.
-
I do miss Songkran, most Aprils I get there around the 20th for the trip to Hellfire Pass for Anzac day. Maybe next year i will do both
