  1. I knew some basic phrases through the Pimsleur CDs.

     

    They start each lesson by conversing in Thai on the material from the prior lesson. After a while they will converse only in Thai, even the small talk before and after the lessons!

     

    Try to get Sapan to teach you. She didn't teach me, but she is cuter than the older ladies who taught me! tongue.gif

     

    Sapan is actually older than you might think...here is a pic. She has a very lively personality as well.

  2. Thanks for the link , i have test my self in life when in Thailand that google translator 70% of times is no good

     

    Even if you translate to thai and then to english , sometimes get desperate with this and finding where to place a word inside a phrase

     

    Sometimes you write without sense and translation is better LOL

     

     

    Yes agree. google translate is incorrect often according to my thai friends.
