I am arriving in BKK on the morning of the November 11th, leaving for Pattaya on the 15th. Staying til the 22nd. 

The room i stayed had no balcony. However it seems the price of majestic suites on expedia is kinda expensive right now. Mermaid is cheaper

I got pretty lucky, or at least I thought i did. I got the Superior Double Kingsize With Breakfast for 4 nights, $181.00 USD. My bad on the balcony, he told me he just looked out his window and saw the action. 

I am going to Bangkok for the first time this fall. I have been told by someone who goes once a year that the Majestic Suites was his go to because of cost and proximity to the action. He had mentioned how fun it was to just look out the balcony and look at the people below.
