When you go to a fast food place in Bangkok can you request them to make the food fresh?

Sounds interesting. Will probably give it a try during my next visit. Thanks for the reply!
Were the beds comfortable? The place looks like a pretty good deal. I used to walk past this place everyday on a 2017 visit. I am pretty sure the place (airbnb) I was at was a little more expensive and didn't have a pool or gym.

It does look quite nicde - but a bit off the beaten track deep down in a sidesoi off soi 22. I could be temptet to stay there however as soi 22 itself is a nice area.
Funny thjing though if you check their daily/weekly rates - in some of the apartments (one bedroom) the price quoted is 1500 per day/11000 per week,,, AFIK a week is 7 days = 10500  Should i choose to book there i would stay for a week, - but for sure i would book 7 DAYS
It now says 9000 for a week and 17500 for a month. So a month is cheaper than 2 weeks. Crazy.

Ask the owner, or whoever posted the listing on AirBnB. For the most part, as long as you are not running hordes of girls (3 and 4 at the same time), most places with security at the entrance are okay with guests. But it really depends on the property and you should ask the owner before you book.
It usually says in the description how many guests are allowed.

I'm paying about $30 per night for an apartment with a washing machine, couch, tv, king size bed, balcony, bathroom, and pool. Before hitting this spot, I was paying $46 per night at a hotel that was smaller and had less amenities, and the location wasn't even as great.
How close is it to Nana?

I wanted to get some feedback if thats ok by and admin.
i am looking at renting 2-4 bedroom condo in the asoke area with the intention to airbnb the extra room(s). I have heard that its not really legal but talking with a couple of friends in the guesthouse industry it is possible if its not too in your face. the places im looking at have a relaxed policy on airbnb with a few already in the buildings and guests already coming and going.
the questions i have are
would you be willing to use an airbnb shared setup with a private room and private bathroom with use of the kitchen and living room tv internet....?
what would be an amount you would be willing to pay per night?
within a 5 min walk to soi cowboy
modern condo with pool and guest friendly.
non smoking unless outdoor
thanks for your feedback and suggestions and comments. have a good one.
I like airbnb but I would not want a shared accommodation. Especially, in Thailand.

I do both in BKk. Hotel and airbnb. Each have advantages. But for bringing sluts back to the room, hotels are usually better. Unless you hunt amatuers....then you can say you live in BKK and then they dont feel so slutty fucking you on first meeting.
Sometimes hotels can reject you if you bring a girl. Airbnb's can't. That's another reason I like airbnb more.

Ok, I think I get the picture about RCA. Although when I asked for a partner to find a fl at a night club I wasn't talking exclusively about RCA. I did think RCA would have more FL but I know now I was wrong.

Yeah, believe it or not I was not looking to get someone's approval for living in a place infested with roaches and I can't imagine the place is "infested". You're also saying freelancers don't go to dance clubs? I'm pretty sure I've seen videos on youtube and tons of articles online reporting freelancers frequent the nightclubs.
-
I will be there at least until the 15th of Aug. I think I got a good deal on airbnb for a place near RCA. The last visitor complained about roaches (after I already booked) but the pictures are really nice and others have left good reviews. My third trip to Bangkok but I have never been to the dance clubs and want to check them out this time. If anyone wants to join me, hit me up. I'll be going to the dance clubs primarily to find a freelancer.
