Can anyone recommend a tour company in Bangkok that had a good experience and isn't horribly overpriced?
Thanks in advance!

Stayed at both, and they are guest friendly... Been a while though, anyone stay there lately?

My experience with staying in ratchada is that they are generally not gf. But then I would stay there only to be close to the mp's...

Citadines has rooms with small kitchens in them, but still has a small cafe for breakfast.... and guest friendly to boot. I remember somewhere they mentioned about monthly rates.
I only stayed there for two weeks max at a time.

Interesting...Do you pay tolls going only by streets?Yes, I have arrived late at night by Emirates. The taxi driver didn't use highway and also no traffic.

Everytime the taxi driver asks if taking the highway is ok (from the airport)...
I always said yes, but is there a route to sukhumvit that doesn't go by the highway?

Just for outside the city tours like ayuttaya. Within the city I can get around without a tour guide...
