You could ride in BKK... But is in enjoyable? Fuck no. I ride everywhere except Bangkok. Not that I'm scared. It's just a hassle. With the trains, taxis, and motorbike taxis everywhere I don't see the need. You can save money, stay safe and the cops wont bother you if you just take taxis. Plus I'm a drunk so there's another reason.

Next to work would be ideal... Commuting in BKK sucks! I prefer to live walking distance from Asoke BTS. Easy walk to BTS/MRT and all the best night life options. Also, your work is right around the corner.

In my opinion Bangkok is only fun if you have a ballin pad in a central location. Fuck living in some hot flat on the outskirts of the city.
