I am little confused after going through the review. Can anyone here suggest which one is better in terms of location and guest friendly policies?

99.9999% of the hotels in Bangkok are girl friendly  B)

Dream Hotel is nice but the rooms and pool are small. Amazing beds. I have stayed in Sheraton and Hilton sometimes and would say that the beds and pillows and such in Dream Hotel are on par with 5 star hotels.

Ruamchitt Plaza is also fine but I found the rooms and especially pool noisy since it's on the main road (BTS + street noise). 

Was at Biwa a few days back at about 2pm. Quite a sizable selection of MILFs, GILFs and the odd few SYTs. Avoided the SYTs as they generally don't give good service. Bribed the papasan with 100b who took the time to extol the virtues of the girls I enquired about. Girls to the left were 1.3k bt and to the right, 1k bt. Settled for probably the oldest GILF in the house on the right (hey, YOLO and I was on a budget too). She was a firecracker; got me cleaned up real nice, and fucked me real hard. Explosive session and I tipped her 300b which she seemed happy with.

 

Getting to Biwa by BTS may be difficult. I suggest taking the canal taxis. Here's how my journey to Biwa went from my hotel in Soi 15.

Getting there by BTS is actually easy. There is a songthaew bus waiting at Phra Khanong BTS station that drives up Sukhumvit 71 all the way up to the pier. Costs 6 baht or something.

Getting the boat would be fastest route, though.

A lot of restaurants in soi 8. I like one close to that hotel named "Det 5". Very reasonable prices and good food. 

I've stayd there a few months ago. It is girl friendly and I don't have any complaints except for bad wifi but I used my cellular connection so it didn't matter for me. It's not far from Nana if you take the short cut via Lolitas (if you stop there it takes longer though :D)

I would stay again if I get a good price. (around 2000b)

Correct me if i am wrong. Lolitas (and Nana BTS) is at soi 8 ( and the BTS at soi 7 as well), but anyway only a short walk from soi 4  so no "plomplem", Hotel is very well located as to OPs req - near Nana.

 

Seems to be a really fair price, do you have any more information - tried to google it but only found another "Happy Inn" far away from soi 4 - on the other side of the river actually...

Sukhumvit soi 6 goes from Sukhumvit road all the way into Sukhumvit soi 4. Happy Inn is located at that intersection, here:

Shortest way to walk from inner soi 4 to the BTS is through that soi (Sukhumvit soi 6)

Lolitas is situated at a small soi between soi 6 and soi 8. You can't see the soi in google maps but you can walk through it.

Happy Inn soi 4. It's opposite soi 6 (the soi going towards BTS and Lolitas). Friend of mine stayed there a month ago and it was 600 per night. Clean rooms, A/C, hot water, TV of course. Visited the room and can recommend it.

Nanatai Mansion in the end of soi 4 I can also recommend, 1000 THB but w/ swimming pool. Huge rooms, new beds, flatscreen tv:s. 24/7 room service. They have renovated a lot lately. You may have to pay extra though if you bring more than one guest.
