Night clubs near Sukhumvit. Staying at Dream Hotel.

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm in Bangkok for only 48 hours. I definitely want to checkout the famous Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy but I was hoping to to also check out some bars that are not like the ones in Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy that are full of beer bar girls and freelancers. 

 

I'm pretty open to the music, dance, hip hop, rock.

 

I'll be dressed in a collared shirt and nice jeans, shoes. 

 

My first time in Bangkok so I was going to check out a rooftop bar and then maybe check out a bar/club.  I'm a single guy that will be traveling by myself. 

 

Any recommendation for fun, cool places/experiences? 

 

Sorry I know that there are a wide variety of clubs/bars. Let me know if you I can answer any other questions to narrow it down. 

 

I'm not sure yet but I'm planning to stay at the Dream Hotel in bangkok.

Roof bar for view go to Octave at Marriott Thonglor.

 

Roof bar for music (check schedule), atmosphere, cheaper food/drinks and near to Nana/Cowboy etc go to Above Eleven on Soi 11.

 

Classier bars full of girls and FL's...... not many. Barsu at Sheraton Sukhumvit, Maggie Choos on Silom, and Spasso at Grand Erawan are probably the sport of thing I think you're looking for although Barsu isn't busy. Titanium on Soi22 is worth a look too, v good live band.

 

For clubs in your short time frame just go to Levels and Insanity on Soi 11.

Take a walk down Sukhuvit Soi 11. Bars all the way down, and some clubs on the left hand side, further in to the street.
