"You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day"?

I wanted to 'positive vote' (click to 'like' in the little green 'reputation' box bottom right) a post just now, but can't. I've liked two (maybe three at most) posts in the last 48 hours but when I try now I get an error message that says: You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day.

 

Any ideas?

Ha ha, my glass is NEVER half full, mate. I'm a fall-down drunk: my glass is either full or it's empty.  :)
