I have only ever used the Kamagra Jel Sachets and for me they are perfect, lasts approx 36 hours and no side effects.

 

The last time I visited Bangkok was last May and for the first time I bought the Kamagra Sachets from a street vendor on Sukhumvit he charged 500 baht for 8 Sachets, and I must admit they did not seem inferior to sachets I have bought from a pharmacy. But I would recommend buying from a pharmacy if possibly.

I don't undertand why you would buy this stuff from a street vendor when there are so many pharmacies that keep these products in an air-con environment and are more than willing to sell them to you. Also, the other advantage of buying from a pharmacy is that it will still be there tomorrow, so if you are sold some fake garbage you can always go back and tell them. Won't change anything, but at least it may feel good. On the other hand, if you're happy with the stuff they sold you, then you know you can return to the same pharmacy whenever necessary.

 

And odds are pharmacies will be cheaper than what you paid...  

First of all, thanks for the great info! Would anybody know a place where Super Kamagra can be bought? I know street vendors do but would prefer a pharmacy for the mentioned reasons.

Thanks to this thread, I was able to buy 4 x 50 mg (sidegra) for 200 bhat @ charoen pharmacy.  No issues at all, and will go there whenever i come back to BKK again.

I buy all mine on the street in lower Sukhumvit Bangkok. Never had a problem.

I have often bought the sidegra from charoen pharmacy as well at govt. price of 180 baht x 100mg pill.  However, in responding to how effective they are, I will throw in my 2 cents.  First of all, I am older, need the pills because of other drug interactions, circulatory issues, etc.--I am not in my 20's, 30's, 40's , etc. and using the pills simply so I can go 5 times a day.  Second, I have had a prescription in USA for many years for real Pfizer viagra, and it works great.  However, thanks to Obamacare and other govt. BS, my insurance no longer copays for Viagra or Cialis or Levitra or Stendra since it refers to them as lifestye drugs.  The price for any of these is skyhigh.  I agree with former post saying the Sidegra has same ingredients, but my body does not react the same or as well to the sidegra, i.e., it doesn't work as well at the same "dosage" level.  I believe the active ingredient is there, but not in the dosage strength that the 100 mg pack indicates, but rather less. 

 

I did a little test, I still had a few real Pfizer viagra, and even though they were over a year old (i.e., out of potency), they produced much better results than Sidegra fresh from the pharmacy at the same dosage that I tried on a subsequent day.  The other thing I noticed was that Sidegra did not produce the same side effects as the viagra pill:  no heartburn (I always got heartburn from Viagra), no flushing (after all, sidenafil is a vasodilator), no occasional vision affects.  I understand that the side affects could have been caused by inactive ingredients as well.  So between the perceived lack of effectiveness and the lack of side affects, my conclusion is that the active ingredients may be the same, but the dosage in the Sidegra is less than advertised.  I would not be the first time that Thai/Indian drug producers have skimped on the dosage to produce a cheaper generic as this happens outside the ED drug arena as well. 

 

I am curious if any other people have had similar experiences--and, really, don't need "it works great" from a lot of the younger guys, since you guys get a woody staring at whatever.  But, how about some you other guys, interacting with high blood pressure medicine, arterioscelorisi, diabetic, overweight, whatever...how are they working for you in comparison with real viagra?

 

On an aside, does anybody know how to get a drug tested for dosage accuracy, either in Thailand or elsewhere?  Any labs or services do this without costing a fortune?

 

Finally, does anyone know where I can get Levitra or generic (vardenafil) or Stendra (avanafil) in Thailand? 

 

 

In my personal tests between the Thai governement Sidegra (100 mg) and the Indian Kamagra (100 mg), I have less side effects with Sidegra, but until you mentioned it, I hadn't thought about perhaps it was because of less potency than even the Indian version Kamagra.  I thought the Kamagra may have other active ingredients that may have caused the side effects, but you may be correct that perhaps the Thai government Sidegra has less of the primary active ingredient.

1pm to 3am normally..... 12pm to 4am on Fri/Sat.

They do close on some Sundays at times.

I got a dealer here in EU that sells them to me for 10euro a pack, I know that he gets them from thailand and I just want to know how much profit he is making.

I know that he buys at least 2000 packs at once and then resells them here.

Most pharmacies are selling the same fake stuff as you find on the street. In my experience. There are a few legit pharmacies but you need to know which they are.

 

I bought a 4-pack of apcalis for 600 baht from a pharmacy, By the time you consider that potency is about a quarter or a third of cialis, it is barely cheaper.

Prices at Charoen Pharmacy (next to Bullys Pub near Soi 4 Nana) as of 14 September 2015:

 

Sidegra - Box of 4 x 100 mg pills = 180 Baht

Kamagra Jelly - Box of 50 sachets = 1,500 Baht

1,500 for 50 Kamagra Jelly sachets is the same in Pattaya.

 

Nice to know where I can buy them in BKK as will need some more soon.
