Im travelling across the country and will be in Surat Thani for a couple nights before heading into Khoa sok, I was wondering if there's any, Massage parlours or anything that offers full service in the area?

It’s a bit of a wasteland there I’m afraid. You might get lucky in a local massage joint, but it isn’t that type of place really. And, there is zero reason to stay there longer than one night in truth.

Yeah, that's what I thought i only booked one night, might try local dating app or something for the night

Prostitution is every where in Thailand. There is a whole scene that caters for the Thais, who are even bigger butterflies than farang.

These places serve Thai only, are harder to find that's why we, as foreigners, don't always know what is a knocking shop and what isn't. If you wander in there, don't expect anyone to speak any English, which makes communication hard but in general, prices are much lower.
