Thought I’d give intel on this place. Largely a no for me.

Booked it bc it has non smoking rooms with balconies, so with the new thc laws, wasnt sure if I could procure gummies and last minute, this seems the best all things considered. Turns out I could (but for how long not sure) so balcony came in handy and nice to sit at night.  pool is nice too.  joy pretty much stops there for me.

problem is the centrepoint brand does not sell alcohol on premises, I suppose it wants to market to families, which is fine, but this particular one attracts huge arab families, like I’m talking five and seven kids per.  Also some construction going on so the elevators which are tiny to begin with were an an abject nightmare pretty much always, except like very late night.

Ameneties are fine, like pool, small gym, has a family room, a convenience store, on site restaurant, an ATM and a tuk tuk that goes up to mouth of Sukhumvit. But See prior statement on huge arab families.  They will assume they have right of way for everything.  

Room has excellent washer/dryer, but strangely had no tv in bedroom, only in living area.  not great.  Hotel Also right next to access to Benjakitti which is nice.

Also has a bit of an Asian clientele, and fewer Westerners (which I actually like), but wouldnt go back to this place.  Staff fine.

This place is for balcony smokers, who enjoy quiet but dont mind tons of arab families sucking up all hotel resources.

Thanks for the report! I did consider this hotel on my previous trip but didn't mostly because it's a bit further down the soi than I like. I also like hotels with a balcony and it's one of the few ones in the city at my price range.

honestly only a five min walk down the soi (at a brisk pace), albeit can be tricky as no sidewalk.  the hotel tuk tuk worked fine from the hotel (except at dinnertimes) but coming back was a nightmare, so I always used grab or tuk tuks, usually directly back from nightlife.  all in not a bad choice, but be mindful of the no alcohol and the large family focus.  the lobby was almost always filled with large arab families, almost as if they like only stayed in the lobby.  kinda weird.

Have booked the Junior Suite for my up coming trip cause I always love a big balcony.

No alcohol sales at hotel, incl in convenience store in lobby.  Yes you are free to bring in alcohol, although I wouldnt show it off as the arab pop didnt look too friendly in there frankly.  balconies cam in handy too, let’s just say.

Recently stayed at the Centre Point Soi 10 Junior Suite and was very happy with it. Fortunately I did not see any Arab families but the breakfast buffet was a little crowded and food selections also rather limited, but then considering the price point I supposed it's normal. 

The suite has a nice balcony that faces east with a little view of Benchakitti Park. The room is quite spacious with a big sofa (great for cuddling and foreplay with your girl), a large fridge (with freezer), the bathroom has a shower but not a tub. Overall a very nice and economic stay on Sukhumvit.  

The last time I stayed here was July of 25.  I am planning to return in June.  What I like:  I usually reserve a one bed room suite which has a lot of space and a washer/dryer.  It is close to Benchacatti park which I very much enjoy most everyday.  The breakfast is ok, but not important to me.  It is guest friendly so no problem there.  The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful.  I am neutral on no alcohol.  You can bring it in, they just don't serve it.  I can live with that.   What I don't like:  The tuk tuk to the main road is often busy and you have to wait for a ride at both ends.  That is my biggest complaint.  In the morning when walking I don't care but later in the day It can be annoying.  The tuk tuk stops at around midnight so if you take a taxi back you are ok but if you walk you are walking all the way.  In short, the rooms are great, the guest policy is great, the cleanliness is great.  For me, the biggest issue is waiting for a tuk tuk to Sukhumvit during the day when many people are also waiting and getting back late when no hotel tuk tuk is available and you have to make sure your ride with take you to hotel.  As I said, I am staying her again.  It is quiet and the rooms are nice and clean for a reasonable price.

Agreed the rooms here are pretty good and decently priced. Breakfast was meh... Another point is that it is a bit far to the main road, so that hotel tuk tuk is really necessary. I do like the balcony in the rooms though, for its price point a balcony is really good. I stayed here sometime in September last year.
