I'm a mid thirties year old male, working professionally as a pilot with quite a cool life. My lifestyle is exciting but stressful: irregular hours, different time zones weekly, and honestly, I enjoy indulging in the nightlife and various mongering activities, especially when Im spending downtime in Bangkok, which has quickly become my favorite playground. Is it placebo or are supplements working? After being frustrated with supplements alone, I changed two big things; diet and gym. Why Weight Training Helped (My Realization): After around two months of strength training, erections started getting noticeably better. Morning wood was back, libido higher, and I was genuinely hornier. Turns out weightlifting, especially heavy lifting, naturally boosts testosterone. However my visits are mostly short max 2 days. Would say though there's plenty of lads in their 20s 30s or later with no issue knocking out 4 or 5 shots a day or even in quick succession.
