Cialis...wow

I have a lot of stress in my life (which is why I'm hiding out in Thailand for a bit) and I've had a couple bad sessions lately where I've lost my erection (and they were bad sessions, in good sessions things work just fine for the most part). I don't have too much trouble getting hard, but my confidence had taken a hit and I could feel it starting to get in my head and that it was going to cause more problems. I decided to do something about it. I went to a small pharmacy in Phrom Phong and got a 4 pack of 20 mg Cialis tablets.

Being a bit paranoid about side effects with the high dose I bit one in half and took it. Not feeling anything untoward I took the other half.

Within an hour of that, let's just say wow! I feel like I'm 18 again. At the slightest thought of something sexual I am rock solid and intensely aroused. I'm 41 (and live relatively healthy, with the exception of the aformentioned stress) and never had much in the way of problems in the bedroom, but I didn't realize how much my libido and sexual function had changed. It's not just being able to achieve and maintain and erection (which, as I said, wasn't all that much of a problem, generally), but it's the intensity of it. I don't just get hard on Cialis, I get hard and my whole body says "I need to fuck something NOW". Honestly it's to the point where it's a bit annoying at times. 

As an example, immediately before taking the pill I went for a massage. Being tired and sore and wanting to save my energy for later I just wanted a straight massage but when the lady started teasing for extras I let her (she was older, but had great hands and it felt nice). It took a fair bit of rubbing and caressing to get the blood flowing down there. That would not be the case now. Just sitting here writing about it I have a raging erection.

(Sidenote: she really, really wanted me to go for the extra. I was her first customer of the day and if you know Thai people you know that making that first sale of the day is very important to them. I actually felt a little bad about not going for it. She insisted on giving me her LINE so I could come back another time. I probably won't, she was probably a looker in her day but her day has passed. She did have great hands though...)

That night I had a great session with a really sweet and nice girl from Thaifriendly. It was a good session and I really clicked with the girl (no mention at all of a condom and she wound up staying for several hours after while we just chatted, cuddled, and doodled around on our phones) so I probably would have been fine without the pill, but the fact that I went into it with so much more confidence (not to mention the intensity of my libido) made it so much better.

It's probably going to wind up costing me a lot of money while I'm here. It's taking considerable self control to not pop in to every second soapy that I walk past and I was sitting at breakfast this morning I was already cruising Thaifriendly thinking of finding someone for right now.

Speaking of costing money, those suckers are expensive. My 4 pack cost me 2100 baht. I'd like to bring a bunch home so I might check out some generic alternatives, or perhaps hit up the street sellers on lower Sukhumvit for some (I'm open to and seeking suggestions!).

I was a bit paranoid about side effects, but the only thing I experienced was a stuffy nose that passed in less than an hour. Getting intensely hard several times an hour can be a bit annoying, honestly, but I guess that's the price I have to pay 🤣

I had always taken pride in keeping my body in good working order without pharmaceutical help. All my various biomarkers are perfect and I've never had all that much trouble in the bedroom. The slow march of time comes for us all though, and because it's so slow it's insidious. I didn't realize how much I had lost. One little pill revealed that to me in quite a shocking way. Feeling 18 again feels awfully good.

Glad you found something that work bro! I say try alternative called sidegra. Should cost around ฿220 for a pack of 4 50mg. Work for me. Just in case it's all in your head or you over working it. I say before consistently taking medication, try not to let one out for like 3 to 5 days and see if you're back to normal otherwise use sidegra

2100B for four?

That's quite pricey. And don't start with 20 mg. That's the maximum daily dose. Try 5 which is the recommended dose. With all medicine if a little is good, a "lottle" is not better. 

Spend 30B on a pill cutter and get 4 doses per 525B tablet which is still kind of expensive.

Unless the proper 5 mg dose is 130B,  then buy those. Generic Viagra (e.g. Kamagra is local and generic) will most likely do as well for a lot less. Again start with the lowest dose like 25mg. Split 50s if they're affordable.

Don't buy pharmaceuticals from a street merchant. Sure there is that one reliable lady in Pattaya who's been selling ED drugs on Soi Diana for 10 years but who knows what a guy with a folding table is selling on Sukhumvit?

I'm definitely not discounting the possibility that it's in my head. This is my first dose and I'll need more time and experience to fully flesh out my opinion. The effect of that first dose was so dramatic though that I had to (figuratively) put pen to paper here to write down my thoughts.

Im 46 and started to use cialis / Tadalafil a few years ago and haven’t looked back…just makes the interactions so much easier!

FYI I buy mine online from reputable pharmacist sites….the best I’ve found sell 32 of the 20mg tablets for not much more than what you paid for 4! So if you want to continue & stock up I’d look online….

Yeah I know what you mean. It really does work but my mindset was I don't want to depend on some medication for mind blowing s3x. You may get addict and depend on it which would suck. I don't mean addictive to the meds but addicted to how well it perform. So I would try alternative method beforehand. Just my 2 cents. Good luck bro!

Did you buy Cialis or Apcialis? Apcialis is the locally produced copy, same ingredients but a lot cheaper at about 400 Baht. The same is true of Viagra and the locally produced copy Sidegra. You can get either ask at the local small pharmacies rather then the big chains.

It's Cialis. I'd never heard of Apcialis. Do the pharmacies carry it or do I have to find it elsewhere?

Thailand produces copies of the drugs locally. Same ingredients just a lot cheaper, assume that import taxes, research costs or some such are evaded. The drugs are available in pharmacies as standard, just ask. For more detail just google Apcialis.

The generic is called Apcalis(Tadalafil) and is made by Ajanta an Indian company, that also makes Kamagra(Sildenafil).

You are most probably right. I just assumed that they were locally produced. The key thing for me was that they were the same as Cialiis and were a fraction of the price.
