Nevermind, had to move trip back a week because Air Canada sucks and they were already changing flights 3+ months in advance. Now I'm there in October.

Looking at an flights for a November trip  but flight prices are way up from west coast USA.

I'll be in BKK November 13 - 18th. This will be my second trip. Last trip I connected with some board members and we had a great time! I'm hoping to repeat the fun this trip and look forward to connecting with y'all!

Flights finally booked at quite a steep price but that is just the times we live in.  Will be in town Nov 4-17.  Still looking at hotel options but for sure around the Sukhumvit area.  If any of the board members want to grab a drink let me know.  I lost touch with the expats i hung out with during the pandemic.

I will be in BKK on our about Nov 16 and will stay for three weeks.  Staying around Nana.

Anyone know of any Thai holidays that might cause disruptions in November.  The last time I was in TL I arrive on an election date and all the bars were closed. 

I recall that the lantern festival was in November but i can't recall if it affected the bars or not.  It seems like that will be on Nov 9th. Anyone know if there is any holidays or events to plan ahead for?

As you wrote, there are no public holidays in Thailand in November. While Loy Krathong will be celebrated as you noted on Nov. 9th, this is not a holiday the bars close for.
