First Extension on Tourist Visa

I have the original 30 day Tourist visa (as a US cit).

I understand the first 30 day extension is fairly straightforward, but one question:

Is the process merely bring your Passport plus 1900 baht, or must one fill out a TM7 form, too?

My experience from March 20. TM7, passport size pic, passport, 1900 baht. Other than the 9 1/2 hour process.....quite easy. Wear a mask.
