Dusk911
Ibis styles 27 Sukhumvit 4 rd Klongtoey 10110 Thailand New hotel, not to be confused with the older Ibis Hotel 41 Sukhumvit Rd, Klongtoey, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand Thinking of using it for my next trip, as it seems very close to the action reasonably priced but most of all brand new. Anyone stayed there? I've just emailed them regarding being "Guest Friendly"
Rocky Rockstar
If they reply with “no” then they may as well not open!
BangkokHot
Haha most likely be guest friendly but no smoking rooms 😑
jlo
It is the same building as Novotel sukhumvit 4. I've stayed at Novotel which was guest friendly. I'm sure Ibis style would be guest friendly as well.
Dusk911
Just got a reply: "We do not charge to joiner, but she has to leave her ID card at the front desk before she goes to your room. Once she will leave the hotel, she can have her ID card back as it’s a hotel policy for security reason." Sounds like I found a winner for my next trip Edited November 18, 2019 by Dusk911

Irishfella
I stayed for 5 days at the end of October. You and your guests can come and go as you please without anyone batting an eye lid or asking for ID. Its not a mongers hotel so expect you and your companion to be sharing a lift with couples and even some young families. I would definitely stay again.
